Sacred Breath
One-on-one Sacred Breath sessions begin in conversation. Clarifying what has surfaced to be attended, honing an intention for the session, and then settling into support to be guided on a sacred journey within. Through conscious connected breath, we open to our flow of energy. Breath is energy; Breath is Source. Breath is the golden key to release the past, unwind holdings and tensions and to process our incomplete history as we learn to bear witness to ourselves. Steadying into the rhythm, brainwaves slow, coherence arises as the nervous system harmonizes the brain and heart and we access deeper dimensions of being.
This fundamental healing practice is integrative medicine. Practiced daily, we become our own healers, returning to peace, replenishing our soul-self and our capacity to show up fully for ourselves and others. Life is tough! Sacred Breath is a potent tool to self-regulate, stay current with ourselves and live from the inside out.
